Exchanges

We do not accept returns. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To start an exchange request, you can contact us at yanetaloma97@gmail.com

If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange returns on sale items or gift cards. Damages and Issues. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
